When Two Nations Collide | Canada Day & Euro 2012

Today is the 145th birthday of one of the best nations in the world – Canada.

Happy Canada Day to all my Canadian friends and followers. Enjoy your BBQ’s, burgers and beers.

Euro 2012 – Italy sunk Germany in tonight’s semi-final match with a 2-1 victory.

I missed the match again tonight had to work. I did enjoy the game from the cheers and chants from a nearby big screen.

I’m just writing to let you know I will be AWOL for about a month. I’ve accepted a one month contact with four stars and I’ve recently been working 10 hour shifts. Leaving me very little time for blogging, but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.

I’ll be around to stalk read some of your blog posts. I won’t have any new writing material for you in the next month, I really haven’t the time now … I’m crushed.

I can hear the crowds cheering ‘Forza, Dai!’ It’s a beautiful day for a bike race.

This video was shot on their first way around the 15km route. They must complete this route five times to be announced the winner, 75km! Yikes!
