Wicked days of fire and rainbows – Sardinia, Italy

Last night north Sardinia welcomed powerful rain, thunder and lightning which lasted hours. It was a welcome relief from the heat from the last few days, and my only hope is that it washed away the fires that have burned this stunning land.

  1. Thank you Jennifer. Its a total disaster to hear that the only 2 free weeks during summer can be destroyed by the smoke and fire. Good news)

  2. Jennifier, whats the current situation? Still fires, smoke and 40+? Need to decide about my holidays.., didnt know about such a disaster

    • Thank you, Kathy. It’s been a scary few days but it seems we are in the clear for now. The sky tonight was black so Im hoping for more rain. Sending you hugs from Sardinia. πŸ™‚
