Yesterdays Lunch

This is my all time favourite Sardinian meal yet! It’s super easy to make and jam-packed with oodles of protein and yummy goodness.

2 freshly caught Sardinian Orate
3 Potatoes chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1 zucchini chopped
Herbs to your liking.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove and enjoy!

    Now I wish I have an oven!!

    • Oh yeah, forgot about that one too! When making this dish I generally throw in whatever veggies I have in the fridge. You dont have an oven? Why? I couldn’t survive.

        Not common to Chinese people. I used too. But my current apartment cannot take the volt thingie and sets the wiring on fire. Hopefully my new apartment will have the ability to take an oven as that is my first purchase after securing maids!!!
